No Bake Pumpkin Pie Cookies

In the food processor, grind up the almonds, pecans, pepitas and spices

- 9-10 medjool dates
- 3 T raw pepitas
- 1/2 cup pumpkin (fresh or canned)

- 1 cup walnuts
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries (sweetened with fruit juice, not sugar)

Put everything into your crockpot or oven roaster and fill with water to cover the bones by an inch-ish
- 1-3 carcasses/bones from cooking your pastured chicken(s) (See Tips section on how to *easily* crockpot your chicken!)

- 1/2 cup chilled carmel nut dandelion tea (I use 2 bags)-Teeccino Caffeine Free Herbal Coffee
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 1 soft pitted Medjool date
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 2 tablespoons gelatin (Great Lakes gelatin- green label)
- 6 cubes of frozen coconut milk (I use BPA-free trays with lids)

- 2 C. Coffee, brewed
- 1 C. Full-Fat Coconut Milk
- 1 Tbsp Unrefined Coconut Oil, MCT Oil, or Brain Octane Oil
