- 1 cup flour_4 tsp seasoned salt
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp ground mustard
- 1/2 tsp pepper
- 8 boneless skinless chicken breast halves
- 1/4 cup olive oil
In a resealable plastic bag, combine the first six ingredients. Pound chicken to 1/2-inch thickness and cut into 1 1/2-inch pieces. Place chicken pieces, a few at a time, into bag and shake to coat. Heat oil in a skillet; cook chicken, turning frequently, until browned and juices run clear, about 6 to 8 minutes.
Yield: 8-10 servings.
