- 3 cups fat-free, less-sodium chicken broth
- 1 (14.5-ounce) can no-salt-added diced tomatoes, undrained
- 6 cups coarsely chopped kale (about 8 ounces)
- 1 (16-ounce) can navy beans, drained and rinsed

- 1 tube of 8 Pilsbury Buttermilk Biscuits
- 1 lb Ground Beef - Browned and drained
- 1/2 cup Ketchup
- 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
- 1 tbsp Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Chili Powder
Chicken Enchilada Casserole

- 2 2 1 1/2 diced cooked chicken (about 1 1/2 pounds chicken), shredded
- 3 3 3 cups shredded Monterey Jack cheese blend (or desired cheese combo)
- 1 1 oz.) can 1 (4.5 oz.) can chopped green chilies, undrained
- 1 1 1 package of flour or corn tortillas
- 1 1 oz.) can 1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
- 1 1 oz.) can 1 (19 oz.) can enchilada sauce (or equivalent of homemade sauce)
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup medium green onions, sliced (optional, for garnish)
Slow Cooker Sweet potato, chicken, and quinoa soup

Instead of chicken broth, I used chicken flavor bouillon cubes and made my own chicken broth - I think it has more
- 1 and 1/2 pounds boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup quinoa (I used a black bean quinoa package)
- 2 large sweet potatoes (1 pound or ~3-1/2 cups)
- 1 can (15.25 ounces) black beans
- 1 can (14.5 ounces) petite diced tomatoes
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 packet (1.25 ounces) chili seasoning mix
- 5 cups chicken broth*
- Optional: fresh parsley
Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Breakfast Shake

Directions Add all ingredients to a blender a process until well pureed
- 2 large overripe bananas, peeled, sliced and frozen*
- 1 cup original almond milk (or more to thin as desired)
- 3/4 cup ice
- 1/4 cup creamy peanut butter
- 2 Tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract

In a drink mixer, blend the rolled oats on high until they have the fine texture of flour
- 2/3 cup rolled oats
- 4 clementine oranges peeled, seeded
- 2 medium banana
- 2 cups unsweetened nondairy milk

Crock Pot Italian Chicken

Stir the cream cheese, cream of chicken, and seasoning together in the crockpot
- 2-4 frozen boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 pkg. (8oz.) cream cheese (let sit out to soften)
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1 pkg. Italian dressing seasoning (the dried kind in the packet)

Sift 2 cups flour with baking power, soda, salt and sugar

- 2 tsp Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp Baking Soda

- 1/3 cup Milk
