- 1 16oz can any white bean, undrained
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 1/2 tbs molasses
- 2 tsp honey
- 2 tsp maple syrup
- 2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp prepared mustard
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
Grilled Parmesan Potatoes

Cut potatoes into ½ inch cubes
- 1 lb small red potatoes
- 1/4 chopped green onions
- 2 tbs oil
- 1 tbs grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp oregano
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder

Drain the strawberries, reserving 1/2 cup of the juice
- 2 (10 ounce) packages frozen sweetened strawberries, thawed
- 1 cup vegetable oil
- 4 eggs

- 1 1/2 cups white sugar

- 1 tsp baking soda

- 3/4 cup milk

Bean and Cheese Burrito Casserole Slow Cooker

Use a 4-quart slow cooker
- 1 sm onion, diced
- 1 green bell pepper, chopped
- 2 (14.5-oz) cans diced tomatoes, undrained
- 1 (4-oz) can roasted green chiles, undrained
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp chili powder
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- 8 flour tortillas
- 4 c. cooked pinto beans or black beans
- (three 15-ounce cans, drained)
- 4 c. shredded Mexican blend cheese
- optional garnishes: sour cream, sliced avocado, etc
Stuffed Baked Potatoes

Wash and dry potatoes. Prick each potato with a knife several times
- 4 baking potatoes
- 1/2 c. sour cream
- 1/2 c. cottage cheese
- 1 tsp. spike
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp garlic powder
- Opt. garnishes: basil leaves, chives, minced parsley, chopped gr. onions, chopped gr. pepper, poppy, caraway, or toasted sesame seeds.
