c. sour cream
c. cottage cheese
tsp onion powder
tsp garlic powder
Opt. garnishes: basil leaves, chives, minced parsley, chopped gr. onions, chopped gr. pepper, poppy, caraway, or toasted sesame seeds.
Wash and dry potatoes. Prick each potato with a knife several times. Oil the surface of potatoes with hands. Place directly on shelf in a 400 degrees or oven for one hour until tender when a fork is inserted in center. Cut potatoes in half and scoop potato out of shell into mixing bowl add cottage, sour cream, and spices. Thoroughly mash ingredients together. Refill potato skins with mixture and garnish with your choice.
