Clam Chowder

Cook potatoes in a separate pot of water for about 15 minutes, or until potatoes are tender
- 3 cups diced Yukon potatoes
- 5 slices bacon, diced
- 1 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup chopped celery
- 2 tablespoons flour
- 2 bottles clam juice
- 1 salt & pepper to taste
- 5 cans minced clams with juice
- 2 cups half-and-half
- 1 cup cream
- 1/2 Stick of REAL Butter
- Chopped parsley for garnish
Watermelon and Tomato Skewers

Using a sharp knife, slice off the tops and bottoms off each of the tomatoes
- 8 plum tomatoes
- 1 seedless watermelon, cut into 2-inch cubes
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 cup Spanish extra virgin olive oil
- 1 tablespoon Sherry vinegar
- 1 teaspoon lemon zest
- Sea salt, to taste
- Micro greens or thinly sliced mint leaves, for garnish

- 1/2 cup grated romano or parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup walnuts, coarsely chopped
