Ginger Spiced
- 3 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 sticks butter, melted
- 2/3 cup pecans, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1/4 cup molasses
- 4 eggs
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 (15 ounce) can pumpkin puree
- 2 teaspoons ground ginger
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
Pear Salad

Chop pears and cherries into small bite size pieces and mix with mayonnaise
- 2 large Asian Pears
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup cheddar cheese (shredded)
- Maraschino Cherries

Sweet Corn Zabaglione Halibut

- 1 T Butter & 1 T Olive Oil
- 1/2 c fresh yellow corn kernels
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 c heavy cream
- 2 egg yolk
- Kosher salt to taste
- For Fish
- 2 T olive oil
- 4 6 ounce halibut fillets
- Salt and Pepper to taste
- 2 c arugula, stems removed
- 1 c cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 c thinly sliced red onion

- 1 lb cream cheese
- 8 oz whipped butter at room temp
- 1 tsp garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp basil, dill, marjoram, pepper, thyme

- 1/4 cup honey

- 6 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (omit if using regular butter)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 3/4 cup flour
- 2/3 cup chopped toasted pecans
- 4 oz. cream cheese – softened
- 1/3 cup powdered sugar
- 2 1/2 – 3 cups whipped topping or sweetened whipped cream

- 4 tablespoons maraschino cherry juice

- 1 3/4 pounds Casey's Buttercream, recipe follows
- 140 large pearls, for garnish
- 28 maraschino cherries, for garnish

• This is best after sitting in fridge for a few hours or even better - overnight
- Clams, chopped 2 cups - should use enough that every dip has a chunk in it
- • Philadelphia Cream Cheese Original (not low calorie) one box
- • Big scoop of Mayo (no substitutes)
- • Minced onion about 3 TBSP depending on your preference, you can add a lot more
- • Teaspoon Horseradish
- • Splash of Lemon juice
- • Splash of Tabasco Sauce
- • 1-2 drops of Liquid Smoke
- • Lawry's Garlic Salt
- • Kosher salt (because of big grains) to taste
- • Ground Pepper to taste
