In a large bowl, mix the red potatoes, onion, eggs, flour, baking powder, rosemary, salt, pepper, and lime juice
- 8 Medium red potatoes
- 1 Large sweet onion
- 3 Eggs, slightly beaten
- 3 tbsp Gold Medal All-Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp Argo Baking Powder
- 1 tbsp McCormick’s dried rosemary
- 1 tbsp Morton salt
- 2 tsp McCormick’s black pepper
- 1 1/2 tsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp Crisco Vegetable Oil
MUSHROOM FETTUCCINE

Bring a large pot of salted water to boil and cook pasta according to packaging directions, or until al dente
- 1 pound fettuccine
- 1 1/2 pounds fresh mixed mushrooms, sliced
- 1 cup parmesan cheese
- 3/4 cup frozen peas, thawed and drained
- 1/2 cup vegetable or chicken broth
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 2 shallots, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
- kosher salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste

Supplies. In a medium bowl, mix ranch packet, bread crumbs & Parmesan cheese
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breats
- 1 packet ranch dressing mix
- 3/4 Cups Panko bread crumbs
- 3/4 Cups Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 Cups Melted smart balance spread
- Or your choice of butter product
- 1 Greased baking dish( or 2)
- 2 medium bowl
Italian Christmas Cookies

- 4 eggs
- 1 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 3 1/2 cup flour
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- Sift dry ingredients. Cream butter and sugar, beat in eggs; add vanilla and dry ingredients.
- Knead and add flour as needed to keep dough from sticking to hands. Pinch off dough, roll in your hands to form a log and then twirl into shape. Place on greased cookie sheets. Bake at 375 for 10 minutes.
- Icing
- 2 cup sifted confectioner’s sugar
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 6 tsp. water
- Stir until creamy
Nannies Buttermilk Pie

Cream together the sugar and butter till well blended
- 1 3/4 C. sugar
- 1 stick unsalted butter (1/2 C.) room temp.
- 3 large eggs
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- pinch of salt
- 3 T. all purpose flour
- 1 C. buttermilk
- 1 9" pie shell, unbaked
Breakfast Bacon and Potato Casserole

Begin cooking bacon. While the bacon is cooking, place the potatoes in a 9×13″ baking dish
- 4 c. Southern/country-style hash browns (cubes), completely thawed (if they’re not thawed, they won’t cook correctly)
- 1 12-oz. package bacon
- 1 1/2 c. pepper jack cheese
- 1 1/2 c. cheddar cheese
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 about 1/2 tsp. kosher salt
- 10 about 10 turns freshly ground black pepper

Slow Cooker Pork Low mein
