  • Makes 1 1/4 cups
  • 1/4 cup rice vinegar
  • 1/4 cup toasted sesame oil
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
  • 1 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
  • 3/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
  • COMBINE all ingredients except canola oil in a medium mixing bowl with a wire whisk. Once ingredients are combined, slowly pour in the oil while whisking to form an emulsion.
