Skinny Shake

Put all in a blender and mix till creamy
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1-2 Tbsp. Cocoa powder
- 1/3 of a banana
- 15 ice cubes
- (Splenda to taste)
Broccoli with Balsamic Dressing

In a small saute pan, heat the oil over medium-low heat
- 1 Tbsp. canola oil
- 3 large cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 2 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar
- 2 tsp. soy sauce
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 lb. broccoli florets, about 4 cups
Taco Pasta

Cook pasta and drain. Rinse in cold water, drain
- 1 pkg. (16 oz.) spiral pasta
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 3/4 cup water
- 1 envelope taco seasoning
- 2 cups (8 0z.) shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 large bell pepper, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 medium tomato, chopped
- 2 cans (2 1/4 oz.) sliced black olives, drained
- 1 bottle (16 oz.) Catalina dressing
Ham and Swiss Stromboli

Unroll dough into a rectangle and place on greased baking sheet
- 1 tube (11 oz.) crusty French bread loaf
- 6 oz. thinly sliced deli ham
- 6 green onions, sliced
- l small can sliced black olives
- 1/2 bell pepper, chopped
- 8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 1 1/2 cups (6 oz.) shredded Swiss cheese
Hawiian Crockpot Chicken

- 1 cup pineapple juice
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup soy sauce
- 2 lbs. chicken tenders
Crockpot Potato Soup

- 1 2lb. bag frozen hash browns, thawed
- 1 14 oz. can chicken broth
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- 1-2 Tbsp. minced onion
- 1/4 lb. melted Velveeta
- 1/2 cup Parmesan cheese (sprinkle kind)
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 8 oz. sour cream
Roasted Asparagus

Heat oven to 425. Break tough ends off asparagus and lay on a foil lined cookie sheet
- 1 bunch of asparagus
- 1/2 tsp. seasoning salt
- 1/2 tsp. garlic pepper
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 2 Tbsp. shredded Parmesan cheese

- 2 pounds ground beef, cooked and drained

- 4 ounces sour cream

Preheat oven to 325. Spray 8x8" baking pan
- 1 medium bell pepper, chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow onion
- 1 tbsp. live oil
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes, undrained
- 2 cups shredded cooked chicken
- 9 corn tortillas, torn in bite-size pieces
- 1 cup shredded Colby-Jack cheese
