Foot Soak

Combine ingredients and soak feet for 10 minutes

French Dip Roast Beef Sandwiches

Place sliced onions in the bottom of a crockpot
- 1 medium onion, sliced
- 2 cups beef broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tbsp. Dijon mustard
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3-4 peppercorns or 1 tsp. pepper
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 tsp. dried thyme
- Salt to taste
- 3 lb. boneless beef bottom roast

Preheat oven to 350. To prepare crust: Mix flour sugar, salt, and baking powder in a medium bowl
- Sweet Pastry:
- 2 cups flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 egg, beaten
- Apple filling:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 4 cups (about 3-4 medium) sliced, peeled, baking apples
- Glaze:
- 1-2 cups powdered sugar
- 1-3 Tbsp. milk
- 1/2-1 tsp. vanilla extract
- (Amount made will depend on how sweet you like the dessert)
Butterscotch Toffee Cookies Recipe

Preheat oven to 350°. In a large bowl, beat eggs and oil until blended; gradually add cake mix and mix well

- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 package butter pecan cake mix (regular size)
- 1 package (10 to 11 ounces) butterscotch chips
- 1 package (8 ounces) milk chocolate English toffee bits
Creamed Corn

- 1 cup heavy whipping cream
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. pepper

- 1/4 cup milk
- 2 Tbsp. flour

- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 3 large eggs

- 2 1/2 cups flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 3/4 tsp. soda
- 2 cups quick-cooking oats
- 2 cups cornflakes
- 1 cup coconut
- 1 cup pecans
