Spicy Potato Wedges

In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients; add potatoes and toss to coat
- 1/4 cup canola oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 2 teaspoons onion powder
- 2 teaspoons garlic salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/3 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1 1/2 lbs large red potatoes, cut into wedges
Rolled Steak Appetizer

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- 1 1/2 lbs. thin sliced top round steak
- 1 cup olive oil
- 6 cloves garlic
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
- 4 tbsp. chopped parsley
- 2 cups plain breadcrumbs

Bacon-Cheddar Deviled Eggs

Slice eggs in half lengthwise; remove yolks and set whites aside
- 12 hard-cooked eggs
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 4 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
- 2 tbsp. finely shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 tbsp. honey mustard
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
Reese's Peanut Butter Chocolate Poke Cake

Use the bottom of a wooden spoon to poke holes evenly throughout the cake
- 1 chocolate cake, baked and cooled completely in a 9" x 13" pan
- 1 14 oz. can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 12.8 oz. jar hot fudge sauce
- 1/4 cup peanut butter
- 1 8 oz. cool whip
- 3 tbsp. peanut butter
- 1 8 oz. bag Reese's minis (the ones that are already unwrapped), chopped
- 1 10 oz. bag Reese's pieces baking pieces
Vegetable Dip

Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate
- 1 pint sour cream
- 1 cup miracle whip
- 1/2 pkg. Italian dry dressing
- 1/2 cup oil
- 1/2 tsp. vinegar
- dash of red cayenne pepper
Grilled Jalapeno Poppers

- 12 large jalapeno peppers
- 1 cup Mexican blend shredded cheese
- 6 thick slices bacon
Mexican Rice

Cook and stir pepper and onion in hot oil in saucepan until tender, but not browned
- 1 small green pepper, diced
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tbsp. oil
- 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen sweet corn, thawed
- 1 cup mild salsa
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups minute rice, uncooked
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
BLT Salad

In a 10" skillet, cook bacon until almost crisp
- 8 oz. hickory-smoked bacon, cut into 1/2" pieces
- 4 cups torn romaine lettuce
- 1 cup grape or cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup bottled ranch salad dressing
- 1/2 to 1 tsp. Kansas City-style or Montreal steak seasoning or dry rib or
- pork rub
- homemade croutons (recipe follows)

- 40 about 40 Reese's peanut butter cup miniatures
- 1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 tsp. baking soda
- 1/2 tsp. salt
Chewy S'mores Bar Cookies

Heat oven to 350 degrees. Grease 15 1/2" x 10 1/2" x 1" jelly roll pan
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) butter or margarine, softened
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
- 3/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- ice cream, optional
- S'MORE TOPPING RECIPIE
- 3 cups (11 whole crackers) graham cracker pieces (1/2 to 1" pieces)
- 4 cups (about 12 (1.55 oz) bars Hershey milk chocolate bar pieces
- 2 1/2 cups miniature marshmallows
- 1 jar (7 oz) marshmallow creme
- Carefully mix together graham cracker pieces, chocolate bar pieces, miniature marshmallows and marshmallow creme in a large bowl.
