Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup canola oil
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 2 teaspoons onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons garlic salt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/3 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 1/2 lbs large red potatoes, cut into wedges

Step 1

In a large bowl, combine the first eight ingredients; add potatoes and toss to coat. Arrange in a single layer on greased baking sheets. (I find parchment paper works very well).
Bake at 400 degrees for 30-35 minutes or until potatoes are tender and golden brown, turning once. Yeilds: 8 servings.
