  • 1 1/2 lbs. thin sliced top round steak
  • 1 cup olive oil
  • 6 cloves garlic
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
  • 4 tbsp. chopped parsley
  • 2 cups plain breadcrumbs
  • toothpicks


Preparation time 135mins
Cooking time 155mins


Step 1

Preheat oven to 375 degrees.

Combine olive oil, garlic, pepper and parsley.

Add meat and marinate for 2 hours.

Remove steak from marinade and dredge in breadcrumbs until well coated.

Roll steak up tightly and cut in half; place toothpick through to hold together.

Place in 13" x 9" pan. Drizzle marinade over each roll and bake for 20 minutes or until 165 degrees.
