Cut meat in 2" x 2" pieces
- 1 1/2 lbs. round steak
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/8 tsp. pepper
- 1/4 cup vegetable shortening
- 1 1/2 cups onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 3/4 tsp. oregano
- 1 1/4 cup water
- 1 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 cube beef bouillon
- 1 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 3 whole green bell peppers
- 2 tomatoes, skinned, cut in 8 pieces

Sift together all the coating ingredients and place in a clean plastic bag
- For the coating:
- Chicken, cut into pieces
- 33 beaten eggs
