Honey-Roasted Peanut Butter Cookies

The touch of honey and peanut butter in these cookies create a wonderful flavor everyone loves!
- 1 cup flour
- 1 1/4 cups salted, honey roasted peanuts
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 1/4 cups creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cups unsalted butter, softened but still cool
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 3/4 teaspoons kosher salt (1/2 as much if using table
- salt)
- 3/4 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 cold egg, beaten
- 3 tablespoons whole milk
Sandwich Spread--Tomato-Horseradish Mayo

Combine all and stir until smooth
- 1/2 c mayonnaise
- 2 T prepared horseradish
- 2 t kosher salt

Beer Cheese Hush Puppies

In a medium bowl mix cornmeal, flour, baking powder, sugar and salt
- 1 c yellow cornmeal
- 1/2 c flour
- 1-1/2 t baking powder
- 1 t sugar
- 1/2 t salt
- 2 oz. pepper jack cheese or cheddar cheese, shredded (1/2 c)
- 1/2 c finely chopped onion
- 1/3 c finely chopped red sweet pepper
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 2/3 c light lager
- Vegetable oil for deep frying
- Snipped fresh flat-leaf Italian parsley
- Pepper jelly
Apple Bacon Mac and Cheese

1.Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 6 slices bacon
- 3 Granny Smith apples, cored and cut into 1/2-inch pieces
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 8 ounces dried small shell pasta (about 2 cups)
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 2 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons Dijon-style mustard
- 4 ounces white cheddar cheese, shredded (1 cup)
- 4 ounces smoked Gouda cheese, shredded (1 cup)
- Fresh thyme (optional)
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Allison's Cookie Bars

Melt butter in 9x13 pan. Mix in graham cracker crumbs and pat down into crust
- 1 stick butter
- 1-1/2 c graham cracker crumbs
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1-1/2 c coconut
- 1 c semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1 c butterscotch chips
Green Olive Sauce

- 1/4 c Chopped flat leaf parsley
- 1/4 cup chopped cornichons
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons chopped pitted green olives
- 1 tablespoon of red wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon capers, rinsed and chopped
- 1 clove garlic, chopped
Crunchy Carmel Appl Pie

Stir together dry ingredients
- Deep dish pie shell
- 1/2 c sugar
- 3 T flour
- 1 t cinnamon
- 1/8 t salt
- 6 c thinly sliced peeled apples (golden delicious and fugi)
- Crumb Topping
- 1 c packed brown sugar
- 1/2 c flour
- 1/2 c quick cooking oats
- 1/2 c butter
Ham and Cheese Party Rolls

Preheat oven to 350. Coat 9x13 baking dish with cooling spray
- 1 can Pillsbury refrigerated classic pizza crust
- 3/4 lb. deli ham (thinly sliced but not shaved)
- 12 slices swiss cheese, thinly sliced
- Glaze
- 1/2 c butter
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 T Worcestershire sauce
- 1 T Dijon mustard
- 1 T poppy seeds
Crispy New Potatoes with Oregano & Garlic

Crispy potatoes are drizzled with a delicious oregano and garlic vinaigrette
- 1 1/2 pounds new potatoes, halved or quartered
- 1 tablespoon plus 1 teaspoon kosher salt, divided
- 1/2 cup olive oil, divided
- 8 cloves garlic, smashed
- 1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Dijon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon fresh oregano leaves
