For Crust: Beat egg, add rice and cheese

- 2 T unsalted butter

- 1/2 t kosher salt
- 1/8 t paprika
- 1/8 t cayenne pepper
- 1/3 c guyere cheese
- 1/4 c parmesan
- 1 egg
- 2 c cooked white rice
- 2/3 c guyere cheese
