Hollandaise Sauce

Heat butter in heavy sauce pan until hot and foamy but not browned
- 1/2 c butter
- 3 large egg yolks
- 1 t and 1T lemon juice
- 1/8 t salt
- Dash of cayenne
- 2 T hot water
- Finely chopped parsley
Party Potatoes

Heat oven to 375. Place butter in 9x13 baking pan and place the pan in the oven until butter is melted
- 1 T butter
- 1 bag of southern style hash browns
- 1 can cream soup
- 2 c grated Colby jack cheese
- 16 oz. sour cream
Cinnamon Sugar Tortilla Strips

- 1 1/4 cups tiny marshmallows
- 3/4 cup miniature semisweet chocolate chips
- 7 graham cracker rectangles, broken into quarters
Lime Crema Sauce

Combine all ingredients, folding lime in last
- 1/2 c Greek yogurt
- 1/4 c sour cream
- 4 T lime juice
- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- Zest from one lime
No Bake Pumpkin Pie

Coat a 9-inch pie plate with cooking spray
- Nonstick cooking spray, for pie plate
- 8 ounces graham crackers (15 sheets)
- ¾ teaspoon kosher salt, divided
- 10 tablespoons (1¼ sticks) unsalted butter, melted
- 10 ounces white chocolate chips (1½ cups)
- 1 15-ounce can pumpkin puree
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- ½ teaspoon ground ginger
- ⅛ teaspoon ground cloves
- Whipped cream, for serving
Crispy Chicken Cutlets

Place 1 cutlet on top of a large piece of plastic wrap
- 3 6-ounce boneless, skinless chicken breasts,halved lengthwise, or 6 chicken breast cutlets
- 2 teapoons kosher salt, divided
- 1 teaspoon black pepper, divided
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 2 cups cups panko
- Vegetable oil, for frying
- Lemon wedges, for serving
Seasoning for Mixed Nuts
