1.Preheat oven to 325 degrees F
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 2/3 cup butter
- 2 - 3 tablespoons red decorating sugar

- 2 T fresh lime (juice from one lime), plus wedges for serving
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1 t ground cumin
- 1 1/4 c cilantro, divided
- 12 oz. skirt steak
- 1 t kosher salt
- 1 T olive oil
- 8 oz. tortilla chips
- 8 oz. Monterey Jack cheese, shredded (about 2-1/2 cups)
- 8 oz. Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded (about 2-1/2 cups)
- 1 small red onion, finely sliced
- Shaved radishes, for serving
Spinach Dip

Mix mayo, sour cream and dressing mix
- 1 c mayo
- 1 c sour cream
- 1 envelope ranch salad dressing
- 10 oz frozen spinach, thawed and drained
- 8 oz can water chestnuts, chopped
- 1/2 c chopped red pepper

- 1 1/2 cups semisweet chocolate chips
- 3/4 cUPS milk chocolate chips
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream
- 1/4 teaspoons kosher salt

Chicken Fettuccine Alfredo

- 1 lb. package fettuccine
- 6 T unsalted butter
- 1 T chopped garlic
- 2 T flour
- 1-1/2 c whole milk
- 1-1/2 c heavy cream
- 2 oz. Parmesan cheese, grated (about 1/2 c)
- 2 oz. Romano cheese, grated (about 1/2 c)
- 1-1/2 t kosher salt, divided
- 3/4 t pepper, divided
- 2 lbs. boneless, skinless chicken breasts
Nutty S'Mores Skillet Dip

Preheat broiler with rack in center
- 2 T salted butter, softened
- 1 c chopped hazelnuts, toasted
- 1 c mini chocolate chips
- 1 c Nutella, warmed to soften
- 3 c mini marshmallows
- Graham crackers for dipping
Potato Boats

- 2 large potatoes
- 1 lb. banana squash, about 1/2-3/4 c
- 1/4 c butter, melted
- 1/4 t cumin (optional)
- 1 t sea salt
- sweet Hungarian paprika
- 2 t butter, melted
