Peanut Chocolate Bark

Melt milk chocolate in microwave, stirring occasionally
- 12 oz finely chopped milk chocolate
- 1 T melted shortening
- 4 oz chopped semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/3 c raisins
- 2/3 c salted peanuts
Roasted Garlic

Bring peeled garlic cloves and olive oil to a gentle simmer over med-low heat
- I head garlic clove, peeled
- 1/2 c olive oil
Marinated Cheese

Place cheese cubes in a resealable plastic bag or in a jar
- 1 lb Monterey Jack or Provolone cheese, cut 3/4 inch cubes
- 1/2 c extra-virgin olive oil
- 1-1/2 t finely shredded lemon peel
- 1/4 c lemon juice
- 3 cloves garlic, sliced
- 1 1/2 t dried whole mixed peppercorns, cracked, or 1/2 t ground black pepper
- 1 t fennel, cumin, or mustard seeds, crushed
Salty Honey Pie

Have ready 1 frozen 9" pie crust
- 1 stick unsalted butter, melted
- 3/4 c sugar
- 1 T white cornmeal
- 1/2 t kosher salt
- 1 T vanilla
- 3/4 c honey
- 3 large eggs
- 1/2 c heavy cream
- 2 t white vinegar
- 1-2 t flake sea salt
No-Bake Chocolate Crunchers

In a large bowl combine nuts, cranberries and cereal
- 1/2 peanuts, finely chopped
- 1/2 c dried cranberries or raisins, finely chopped
- 1 c corn flakes hand crushed coarsely
- 1-1/3 c semisweet chocolate pieces
- 48 vanilla wafers
Roasted Garlic Pull-Apart Bread

This bread is a decadent, delicious garlic monstrosity and everyone loved every bite
- 8 garlic cloves
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 4 ounces mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces fontina cheese, shredded
- 4 ounces pecorino Romano cheese, shredded
- 2 teaspoons fresh chives, chopped
- 1 teaspoon red pepper, crushed
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (2-pound) round artisan loaf
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
Creamy Tuna Noodle Toss

Cook noodles adding peas in the last 2 mins, drain and return to pan
- 6 oz. wide egg noodles
- 1-1/2 c peas
- 3 T butter
- 1 small red onion, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 t pepper
- 2 T flour
- 1-1/4 c milk
- 1-5 oz. can tuna, drained and broken into chunks
- 1/2 c grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 T lemon juice
Sausage and Cheddar Stuffed Onions

Preheat oven to 425°. Arrange onions, cut sides up, in a 9 x 13" baking dish
- 6 medium yellow onions, trimmed, peeled, and have pole to pole
- 3 T olive oil divided
- 3/4 t Kosher salt divided
- 1/4 t Black pepper
- 12 oz. frozen sweet Italian sausage, (about 3 links), defrosted with casings removed
- 1/2 cup chopped parsley leaves, plus more for serving
- 1 cup Panko, divided
- 4 ounces grated white cheddar (about 1 cup) divided
Beef Taco Pie

Preheat oven to 400. Brush a 9" pie plate with olive oil
- 1-14 oz can diced tomatoes
- 6-6 " flour tortilla
- 12 oz. ground beef
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 red or green sweet pepper, chopped
- 1 t chili powder
- 1/4 t ground cinnamon
- 4 oz. cheddar cheese, shredded
No Bake Chocolate Energy Balls

1. Stir the dry ingredients in a bowl (pats, flax, cocoa and chia)
- 1 cup old fashioned oats
- 1/3 cup ground flax seeds
- 1/4 cup unsweetened all natural cocoa powder
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds
- 1/2 cup all natural peanut butter or other nut butter
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/3 cup mini dark chocolate chips
- 1-3 tablespoons of liquid if needed to form the balls (almond milk, coconut milk, milk, water)
