Oven-To-Grill Baby Back Ribs

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F
- 1- 3 1/2 pound rack pork loin back ribs
- 1/4 cup yellow mustard
- 1 cup BBQ Rub
- 1/2 cup BBQ Sauce
- BBQ Sauce
- 2 1/2 cups packed dark brown sugar
- 2 1/2 cups ketchup
- 1/2 cup yellow mustard
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 tablespoon salt
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
- Pinch cayenne pepper
- Dash liquid smoke
- BBQ Rub
- 1 1/2 teaspoons celery seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons cumin seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons yellow mustard seeds
- 1 1/2 teaspoons coriander seeds
- 3/4 cup turbinado sugar
- 3/4 ccup dark brown sugar
- 1/2 cup paprika
- 3 tablespoons fine sea salt or kosher salt
- 4 teaspoons onion powder
- 4 teaspoons garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons dried oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoons ground black pepper
Mashed Potatoes with Country Ham and Cheddar

1. Preheat oven to 350°. Place potatoes in a large stockpot
- 3 lb. Yukon Gold potatoes, peeled and diced
- 1 cup (8 oz.) salted butter, cut into ½-in. cubes, softened
- ¾ cup crème fraîche or sour cream
- 1¾ tsp. kosher salt, divided
- 8 oz. aged white Cheddar cheese, shredded (about 2 cups), divided
- 4 large egg yolks Cooking spray
- 5 oz. country ham, thinly sliced
- ½ cup thinly sliced scallions (about 4 scallions)
Potato Salad

Mix all together and serve cold
- 5-6 radishes
- 4 cups cubed potatoes, cooked
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 1/2 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 2 hard-boiled eggs, chopped
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 stalks of celery, sliced fine and chopped
- 1/3 cup sweet pickle relish

Tangy Cream Cheese and Cherry Pie

- 1 cup crushed graham crackers (about 20 squares)
- 1/2 cup panko
- 1/3 cup melted butter
- 3 tablespoons sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 8 ounce pkg. low-fat cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/4 cups heavy cream
- 3/4 cup lowfat plain Greek yogurt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla bean paste
- 2 cups fresh pitted tart red cherries or frozen unsweetened pitted tart red cherries, partially thawed

- 1-1/3 c sugar
- 1/2 c unsalted butter, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 T vanilla
- 1/2 c ricotta cheese
- 1-8 oz. sour cream
- 1 c prepared lemon curd

- 1 yellow pepper
