Creamy Sesame Sauce

Process egg yolk, rice vinegar, water, mustard, salt and sugar in a blender
- 1 egg yolk
- 3 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 teaspoon water
- Half a teaspoon Dijon mustard
- Half a teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/4 teaspoon sugar
- 1/2 cup toasted sesame oil
- 1/3 cup canola oil

- 1 t salt
- 1/2 t pepper
- 1 T vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, halved and sliced
- 1 green sweet pepper, cut into 2" pieces
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 3/4 c beef broth
- 1-8 oz. can crushed pineapple (juice packed)
- 1 T instant espresso powder
- 1/4 t crushed red pepper
- 1/4 t ground allspice
- 2 lbs. sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 2" inch pieces
