Peanut Chocolate Bark

Melt milk chocolate in microwave, stirring occasionally
- 12 oz finely chopped milk chocolate
- 1 T melted shortening
- 4 oz chopped semi-sweet chocolate
- 1/3 c raisins
- 2/3 c salted peanuts
Salted Caramel Frosting

Cook first 4 ingredients in med saucepan over med heat, stirring constantly, 7-9 mins
- 2 c firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 c heavy cream
- 1/2 c unsalted butter
- 1/8 t coarse sea salt
- 2 T vanilla

- 3 c sugar
- 1-1/2 c whole milk
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 6 T unsalted butter
- 1/2 c + 1 T unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1-1/2 t sea salt
- 1 t chipotle chili powder
- 1/2 t cayenne pepper
- 3 oz. semisweet chocolate
- 1-1/2 t vanilla
Chocolate, Toffee and Coconut Matzo

Heat oven to 350. Place the matzo on a baking sheet (breaking it in half to fit if necessary)
- 3 sheets unsalted matzo
- 6 oz. bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/2 c chopped pecans, toasted
- 1/2 c unsweetened coconut, toasted
- 1-1.4 oz. chocolate covered toffee bar, chopped
- 2 t flaky sea salt (such as Maldon)
Cherry – Chocolate Clusters with Salted Almonds

Place almonds in a 3 1/2 to 4 quart slow cooker
- 3 cups salted, roasted whole almonds (about 1 lb.)
- 12 ounce package semi sweet chocolate pieces
- 14 ounce package sweet baking chocolate, broken where scored
- 16 ounce package dried sweet cherries, snipped of large (one cup)
- Half of a 20 ounce package of vanilla flavored candy coating, cut into 2 inch chunks

Baked Chicken Parmesan

1.Heat oven to 400º F. Season the chicken with ½ teaspoon salt and ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 8 thin chicken cutlets (1 1/2 pounds total)

- 2 lb. can pork and beans
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c green pepper
- 1/2 c chopped onions

- 1 Teaspoon Onion Powder

- 4 Slices of Cooked Bacon
- Canola Oil
- 1/2 Cup Mayo
- 2 Tablespoons Ketchup
- 1 Diced Dill Pickle Spear
- 1 Teaspoon White Vinegar
- 1 Teaspoon Sugar
- Pinch of Salt
