  • For the browned butter lime sauce:
  • 4 salmon fillets
  • Kosher salt and fresh ground pepper
  • 4 T flour
  • 4 T honey
  • 2 olive oil
  • zest of a lime
  • 6 T unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
  • 1 T honey
  • Juice of 1 lime
  • Kosher salt and ground black pepper to taste
