  • 1 T garlic powder

  • Cooked vermicelli or bow tie pasta
  • 1 lb scallops
  • 1 lb shrimp

  • 1/2 c flour

  • 1/4 c each fresh lemon juice and heavy cream
  • 2 T capers
  • 1 T tomato paste
  • 2 T butter, cubed
  • 2 T minced fresh parsley

  • For the Vinaigrette:
  • 1/4 c fresh orange juice
  • 1/4 olive oil
