This is an easy way to make sweet and sour chicken without the mess.

Ingredients

  • 1 Reynold's cooking bag
  • 2 T flour
  • 1/4 c brown sugar
  • 1/4 c vinegar
  • 2 T soy sauce
  • 1-20 oz can pineapple chunks in juice, drained
  • 1 medium green pepper
  • 4 boneless chicken breasts

Preparation

Step 1

Preheat oven to 350. Shake flour in bag and put in a 9 x 13 pan. Add sugar, vinegar, and soy sauce. Squeeze bag to blend. Add pineapple and green pepper to bag. Put in the check and turn bag to coat the chicken. Close the bag with nylon tie. Cut 1/2 inch slits in top of bag to vent. Bake chicken until tender about 30-35 minutes.
