Brisket Tostadas - Pioneer Woman

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- Vegetable oil, for frying tortillas
- 1 package small corn tortillas
- 1 can black beans, drained
- Several dashes of hot sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar
- Shredded Braised Beef Brisket leftovers as needed, recipe follows
- 1/2 cup shredded lettuce
- 2 tomatoes, chopped
- 1/4 cup chopped onions
- Small handful fresh cilantro
- 1/2 jalapeno, diced
- Juice of 1 lime
- 1 avocado, diced
- 2 tablespoons sour cream
- 2 cans beef consomme
- 1 1/2 cups soy sauce
- 1/2 cup fresh lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons liquid smoke
- 5 cloves garlic, chopped
- 10 pounds beef brisket
Breakfast Pizza

- 1 tube refrigerated pizza crust
- 2 TB olive oil, divided
- 6 eggs
- 2 TB water
- 1 tsp Tabasco Sauce
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp black pepper
- 2 TB Parmesan cheese
- 1 cup shredded Monterey Jack Cheese
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup chopped onion, optional
- 1/2 cup chopped bell pepper, optional
- 1 cup chopped bacon, ham, and/or 1 lb. sausage
Burger-Noodle Casserole

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 (28-oz.) can chopped tomatoes, with juice
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 8 ounces wide egg noodles
- Cooking spray
- 2 cups grated sharp cheddar cheese
Homemade Ketchup

- in-season tomatoes (I used Black Krim, German Johnson, Roma's and Cherry
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/4 tsp pink sea salt
- 1/4 tsp corn starch
- 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp dry parsley
- 1/4 tsp ancho chili powder
- 1/4 tsp celery salt
- 1/4 tsp white pepper
- 1 cup Organic sugar
- 1/2 cup Turbinado sugar
- 1 heaping TSP tomato paste
- 1 clove
- 1/3 of a white onion
Chicken and Dressing Casserole - Spring Street Grill

Preheat oven to 350. Mix soup and sour cream together
- 3 chicken breasts - boiled and shredded
- 1 can cream of chicken soup
- Fill soup can with sour cream (need equal amounts of each)
- Uncle Ben's Cornbread Stuffing (I used one pkg of Pepperidge Farms)
- Chicken broth
- 9 x 13 baking dish

- 1 cup butter (softened)
- 1/2 cup shortening such as Crisco
- 3 cups granulated sugar
- 6 large eggs
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup milk
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 teaspoon key lime zest
- 1/2 cup key lime juice
Bread and Butter Pickles

- 4 qt sliced medium cucumbers
- 6 medium onions
- 2 green peppers
- 3 cloves garlic
- 1/3 c canning salt
- 5 c sugar
- 3 c cider vinegar
- 1 1/2 t turmeric
- 1 1/2 t celery seed
- 2 T mustard seed
Twice-Baked Potato Pizza

Heat oven to 425°F and put in pizza stone
- Garnishes, If Desired:
- 1 pizza crust
- 1 can (18 oz) Progresso™ Recipe Starters™ creamy three cheese cooking sauce
- 2 cups refrigerated homestyle potato slices (from 20-oz bag)
- 1 bag (2.5 oz) cooked real bacon pieces or bits
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese (6 oz)
- Sliced ripe olives
- Diced seeded tomatoes
- Sliced green onions
Garlic Yukon Gold Mashed Potatoes - Anne Burrell

- 2 pounds Yukon gold potatoes, washed and quartered
- 4 cloves garlic
- Kosher salt
- 1 1/2 cups heavy cream, warm
- 1 stick cold butter, cut into 9 pats
