Ingredients
- eggplant
- mushrooms
- spinach
- garlic
- almond milk
- cayenne pepper
- garlic salt (of course)
- curry powder
- chicken breast cut in chunks
- olive or canola oil

Preparation
Step 1
add 1 tbsp of oil to frying pan add garlic and chunks of chicken breast, then add in 1 small eggplant cut in cubes, cook for about 10 min next add in mushrooms and season everything w dry seasoning add in about 1/2 cup almond milk as needed and last add in spinach cover if needede w top stirring everything together to coat all veggies.
