- 1 GAL APPLE CIDER
- 1 CUP KOSHER SALT
- 1 1/4 CUP BROWN SUGAR
- 2 TSP GROUND CLOVES
- 3 TSP PEPPER CORNS
- 3 TSP THYME
- 3 TSP SAGE
- 1 EACH 1 EACH PEEL FROM ORANGE
MAPLE CINNAMON GLAZE

Whisk together the maple syrup, vinegar and dry mustard
- 3/4 cup real maple syrup
- 1/2 teaspoon mustard powder
- 1/2 tbsp ground cloves
- 1/2 TBSP GROUND SAIGON CINNAMON
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained (optional)
Toscana Soup

place all ingredients into crock pot and cook on low for 5 to 6 hours and serve
- 12 links spicy pork sausage, sliced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil

- 5 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 (28 ounce) cans whole peeled tomatoes

- 1 (6 ounce) can tomato paste
- 3/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
