- 2 c ketchup
- 1 3/4 c brown sugar
- 3 t liquid smoke
- 2 T woozy sauce
- 1 t seasoned salt
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 1/4 t cayenne pepper
- 1/4 c pepsi

1. Preheat oven to 350. Grease 12 cup fluted baking pan and dust with flour
- 1 1/2 t baking powder
- 1 t baking soda
- 3/4 t salt
- 3 c plus 1 T all purpose flour
- 3/4 c chopped pecans
- 1/3 c packed brown sugar
- 1 1/4 t ground cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c granulated sugar
- 3/4 c butter, softened
- 2 1/2 t vanilla extract
- 3 large eggs
- 1 (16 oz) container sour cream
- 1 c powdered sugar
- 4 to 6 t milk
Heavenly Hot Dog Sauce

1. Crumble ground beef into Dutch oven over medium heat
- 2 1/2 pounds lean ground beef
- 1 small green pepper, chopped
- 1 med onion, chopped
- 1 clove garilc, minced
- 1 cup water
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 1 T mustard
- 1/2 tablespoon salt
- 1/2 tablespoon pepper
- 1 1/2 T cumin
- 1/2 T paprika
- 1 tablespoon white sugar
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- crushed red pepper flakes to taste

- 8 habanero peppers, seeded and minced
- 4 green chile peppers, chopped
- 3 tablespoons finely grated raw horseradish
- 18 chicken wings, separated at joints, tips discarded
