- 1 (15 ounce) can black beans, rinsed and drained
- 1 (15 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1/2 cup chopped green bell pepper
- 1 (4 ounce) can diced jalapeno peppers
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup Italian-style salad dressing
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
St Joe Country Style Ribs

1. Preheat oven 325. 2
- 7-8 lbs country style pork ribs
- 1 c flour
- 1 T paprika
- 2 t garlic flakes
- 1/4 t black pepper
- SAUCE
- 2 c chili sauce
- 1/2 c mined onion
- 2 T brown sugar
- 2 T cider vinegar
- 2 t dry mustard
- 6 dashes Tabasco
- 4 dashes Woozy sauce

Mix all ingredients together in med mixing bowl, marinade tenderloin 6-8 hrs, preferably overnight, before grilling

- 2 T woozy sauce
- 1/4 c red wine vinegar
- 3 T lemon juice
- 1 T dry mustard
- 1 1/2 t cracked pepper
- 1 T fresh parsley, chopped

- 4 (1 ounce) squares unsweetened chocolate
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons evaporated milk

- 1/2 c soy
- 1/2 c bourbon

- 4 T Dijon mustard
- 2 T sugar
