Mix all ingredients on food processor
- 1/2 c chopped green onions
- 1/2 c chopped fresh parsley
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 t dried basil (2 T fresh)
- 1/2 t oregano (1 T fresh)
- 1 t marjoram (1 T fresh)
- 1 t tarragon (1 T fresh)
- 1 t dill weed (1 t fresh)
- 1 t black pepper
- Dash of Tabasco
- 1 lb unsalted butter at room temperature
Sweet & Tangy Chicken Wings

1. Mix honey, juice, salad dressing and hot pepper sauce in large bowl
- 1/2 c honey
- 1/4 c orange juice
- 1 envelope GOOD SEASONS Italian Salad Dressing Mix
- 1 T hot pepper sauce
- 5 lbs chicken wings, seperated at joints, tips discarded
Oriental BBQ Sauce for Fish

1. Combine all ingredients in small saucepan
- 1/2 c hoisin sauce
- 1 t sugar
- 1/2 t sesame oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
Peanut Butter Cake

1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees F (165 degrees C)
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 eggs
- 1 (18.25 ounce) package butter cake mix
- 2/3 cup water
- 1 cup peanut butter
- 1/2 cup butter, softened
- 4 cups confectioners' sugar
- 1/3 cup heavy cream
Toasted Pecan Burgers

Combine the ingredients in a medium bowl
- 1 pound ground chuck
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped pecans, toasted (in an nonstick skillet for a few mins over low heat, until fragrant)
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped green bell pepper
- 3 tablespoons prepared barbecue sauce (not mustard-based)
- 2 tablespoons barbecue seasoning or rub
Spicy Chipotle Ketchup

Heat the oil in a medium saucepan over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 medium onion, cut into 1/4-inch dice
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt, plus more to taste
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 1 28-ounce can tomato puree
- 1/2 cup cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon tomato paste
- 1 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
- 1 chipotle chili pepper canned in adobo sauce, plus 2 tablespoons adobo sauce
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper, plus more to taste
- Juice of 1 large lime
Pasta Salad with Ripe Olives and Feta

Mix dressing thoroughly with a whisk
- 16 oz box Penne Rigate pasta (cooked, drained)
- 1 1/2 lg green peppers (coarsely chopped)
- 1 lg can ripe olives (drained, sliced)
- 1 pkg grape tomatoes (washed, drained)
- 2 T chopped onion (optional)
- 2 pkgs crumbled Feta cheese
- Dressing
- 1/2 c light olive oil
- 1/4 c red wine vinegar
- 1/2 t paprika
- 1/4 t garlic powder
- 1/4 t coarsely ground black pepper
- 4 T Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 t Basil
- 1/2 c sugar
Red Pepper Sauce for Grilled Fish

1. Grill peppers, turning frequently
- 3 large red bell peppers
- 3 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 c butter, cut into 1" pieces
- 3/4 t dried tarragon, crumbled
- 1/2 t dried thyme, crumbled
- 1/4 t salt
- 1/8 t white pepper
Chicken Wing Flour

Coat chicken in mixture, refrigerate one hr, coat again
- 2 c flour
- 1 t seasoning salt
- 1 t paprika
- 1 t garlic powder
- 1 t cayenne
- 2 t black pepper
Green Peppercorn and Shallot Mustard

- 1 cup whole-grain mustard
- 2 tablespoons finely minced shallot (from 1 small shallot)
- 1 1/2 tablespoons brined green peppercorns, drained and rinsed well
- 2 teaspoons finely chopped thyme leaves
