Campbell's Green Bean Casserole

1. Stir the soup, milk, soy sauce, black pepper, beans and 2/3 cup onions in a 1 1/2-quart casserole
- 1 can (10 3/4 ounces) Campbell's® Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (Regular, 98% Fat Free or Healthy Request®)
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- Dash ground black pepper
- 4 cups cooked cut green beans
- 1 1/3 cups French's® French Fried Onions
Hot Virginia Dip

Mix all ingredients in 1 1/2 qt
- 16 oz. cream cheese
- 4 T milk
- 5 oz. dried beef (cut into small pieces)
- 1 Tsp. garlic
- 4 tsp. dried onion
- 1 cup sour cream
- SAUTEED PECANS
- 2 T margarine or butter melted
- 1 cup chopped pecans.
Slow Cooker Pork Tenderloin

Place onions and some of the potatoes on the bottom of slow cooker
- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1 pkg Lipton's onion soup mix
- 1 can cream of celery
- 1 can cream of mushroom (can also use chicken)
- 1 bunch celery, cut into large pieces
- 1 white onion, cut into large pieces
- 5 new potatoes, quartered
- 5 baby red potatoes, quartered
- Small bag baby carrots
- 1-2 tbs worchestershire sauce
- Low-sodium Chicken stock (add enough to cover everything)
- Salt, pepper, and garlic powder to taste
Seafood Soup

Melt butter in large pot, add garlic and brown on low to medium heat
- 2 Large Cans Chunky Clam Chowder
- 2 Reg Size Can Harris She Crab Soup
- 2 8oz cans Minced clams w/ juice
- 2 lbs Shrimp- Cooked and deveined
- 6-8 oz canned crab meat
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 T minced garlic
- Salt and Pepper
- 1/2 c sherry
Best Cocktail Sauce

Mix all ingredients together in small bowl, chill before serving
- 3/4 c ketchup
- 1/4 c chili sauce
- 2 T lemon juice
- 3 T grated horseradish
- Big dash of Tabasco
- 1/4 c finely chopped green onions
- 1 t Woozy sauce
BBQ Baked Beans

1. Preheat oven to 350. 2
- 3 T ketchup
- 1 T yellow mustard
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 t minced onion
- 1 can (16 oz) Bush's Baked Beans
- 3-4 strips bacon
- 1 t liquid smoke
Oven Fried Chicken Fingers with Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce

1. To prepare sauce, combine mustard and honey in small bowl
- CHICKEN
- 1.5 lbs chicken breast tenders
- 1/2 c low fat buttermilk
- 1 c coarsely crushed cornflakes
- 1/2 c seasoned breadcrumbs
- 1/2 c Chef Pauls Breading Magic Mix
- 2 T minced onion
- 2 t paprika
- 1/2 t dried thyme
- 1/2 t black pepper
- 1 T vegetable oil
- DIPPING SAUCE
- 1/2 c honey
- 1/4 c spicy brown mustard
Pork Chops in Crock Pot

1. Season chops with salt and pepper and brown in a little vegetable oil
- 4-6 pork chops
- 1/2 c chopped onions
- 2 T vegetable oil
- 1/2 clove garlic, minced
- 1 T Woozy sauce
- 1/2 t chili powder
- 3/4 c water
- 3/4 c ketchup
- salt and pepper to taste
Strawberry Angel Food Dessert

1. Make the strawberry glaze, combine 1 quart fresh strawberries and 1 c sugar in food processor until pureed
- 1 (10 inch) angel food cake
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup white sugar
- 1 (8 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
- 1 quart fresh strawberries, sliced
- STRAWBERRY GLAZE
- 1 quart fresh strawberries, trimmed
- 1 cup white sugar
Sweet and Crunchy Garden Salad

Mix almonds with 1/4 cup of sugar in a medium saucepan
- 1 C sliced or slivered almonds
- 1 T chopped fresh parsley
- 1/2 C sugar
- 1 t salt
- Dash of black pepper
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- 1 head iceberg lettuce, rinsed
- 1 head romaine lettuce, rinsed
- 1 cup vegetable oil 3 green onion tops, thinly sliced
