Ingredients

    oz box Penne Rigate pasta (cooked, drained)

    lg green peppers (coarsely chopped)

    lg can ripe olives (drained, sliced)

    pkg grape tomatoes (washed, drained)

    T chopped onion (optional)

    pkgs crumbled Feta cheese

  • Dressing

  • 1/2

    c light olive oil

  • 1/4

    c red wine vinegar

  • 1/2

    t paprika

  • 1/4

    t garlic powder

  • 1/4

    t coarsely ground black pepper

    t Basil

    c sugar

Directions

Mix dressing thoroughly with a whisk. Pour over salad. Toss. Refrigerate. Keeps several days.
