Cookie Dough: Preheat oven to 350°F
- Cookie Dough
- 1 stick unsalted butter, room temperature, plus more for pan
- 1 3/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup packed light-brown sugar
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 large egg, room temperature
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- Brownie Batter
- 1 stick unsalted butter, cut into large pieces
- 6 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs, room temperature
- 1/4 cup unsweetened Dutch-process cocoa powder
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 cup plus 2 tablespoons unbleached all-purpose flour

1. Adjust oven rack to upper-middle and lower-middle positions and heat oven to 325 degrees
- 2 1/2 cups (12 1/2 ounces) all-purpose flour
- 2 1/2 cups (10 ounces) pecans, chopped fine
- 16 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into small pieces and chilled
- 1/2 cup packed (3 1/2 ounces) light brown sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 26 Kraft caramels
- 1/4 cup milk

- 1 cup veg oil
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 T fresh lemon juice
- 1 1/2 t dry mustard
- 1 1/2 t paprika
- 1/2 t ground ginger
- 1/2 lb bacon slices
- 2 6z bags baby spinach leaves
- 2 medium sized red apples
- 1 cup thinly sliced red onion
- 1 ripe avacado
Chicken Diane

1. Season chicken with salt and pepper
- Chicken Diane:
- 2 Chicken breast fillets with skin
- Salt and black pepper
- 1 tbsp Butter
- 1 tbsp Olive oil
- 2 Shallots, finely chopped
- 1 clove Garlic, finely chopped
- 80 ml Chicken stock
- 1 tsp Dijon mustard
- 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 30 ml Brandy
- 80 ml Heavy cream
- 1 tbsp Flat leaf parsley, chopped
- 1 tsp Lemon juice
- Linguine with Truffle Butter:
- 3 Tbsp. black truffle butter
- 2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1 Tbsp. chopped fresh ed chives
- 1/2 tsp. extra virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Chocolate Mocha Gooey Butter Cake

In a medium bowl, stir together 1 egg and 1/2 cup melted butter
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 1 2 layer-size pkg. chocolate cake mix
- 1 8 - ounce package cream cheese, softened
- 2 eggs
- 1 16 - ounce package powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, melted and cooled
- 1/4 cup chocolate fudge topping
- 2 tablespoons very strong brewed coffee or espresso
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Powdered sugar (optional)
Pear and Blue Cheese Salad

Gently tear the lettuce into bite sized pieces
- For the salad:
- 1 head butter lettuce, washed and dried
- 1 large or 2 small Royal Riviera® Pears, peeled, cored and sliced
- 2/3 cup Rogue Creamery or other blue cheese
- 2/3 cup Harry & David® candied pecans, roasted pecans, or roasted walnuts
- For the dressing:
- 2 to 3 tbsp Champagne vinegar
- 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
- 1 tbsp honey (optional)
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1 tsp freshly ground pepper
- 3/4 cup walnut oil
- Whisk together the first five ingredients. Gradually whisk in the walnut oil. Chill for 20 minutes.
Chocolate Balsamic Vinegar on Strawberries

1. Heat the oven to 200°
- ■2 baskets strawberries, which is 2 pints or 1/2 pound whole strawberries
- ■1/4 cup sugar
- ■1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
- ■1 ounce chocolate
The Best Asian Chicken Salad

Add rice vinegar, vegetable oil, 1 tsp salt, and ginger in a blender
- 1/3 c. rice vinegar
- 1/3 c. vegetable oil
- kosher salt
- 1 ginger, peeled and cut into slices against the grain
- 2 scallions, chopped, plus more for garnish
- 1 1/2 lb. boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into 1/2" cubes
- 1 c. matchstick carrots
- 1 seedless cucumber, cut into ribbons with peeler
- 1 yellow bell pepper, cut into matchsticks
- 2 romaine heads, shredded
Grilled Fresh Peaches

Cut the peaches in half. Mix cinnamon, honey, melted butter and brown sugar
- 1/2 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
- 2 T. melted butter
- Fresh Peaches
- Note: Can use frozen peaches as well
