Grilled Fresh Peaches

Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon
  • 2 Tablespoons brown sugar
  • 2 T. melted butter
  • Fresh Peaches
  • Note: Can use frozen peaches as well

Preparation

Step 1

Cut the peaches in half. Mix cinnamon, honey, melted butter and brown sugar. Baste the peach halves and place directly on the grill. Turn in a few minutes and baste again. Should only take about 5 - 7 minutes.

If you are using frozen peaches, place peaches onto a large piece of aluminum foil. Use two if necessary to hold in all of the peaches without spillage. Drizzle the honey over the peaches, and sprinkle with cinnamon, brown sugar and melted butter. Close up the foil, sealing tightly.
Place the foil packet onto the preheated grill, and cook for 10 minutes, turning once halfway through. Carefully open the packet, and serve.
