Whole Wheat Pita

In a large bowl, whisk together 1 cup all-purpose flour, yeast, honey, and 1 cup water until smooth
- 4 ½ cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- 2 envelopes (1/4 ounce each) active dry yeast (2 ¼ teaspoons each)
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 ¼ cups warm water (about 110 degrees)
- 1 ½ cups whole-wheat flour
- 1 tablespoon coarse salt
- 1/3 cup extra-virgin olive oil, plus more for bowl
- Fine cornmeal, for sprinkling
Mini Cheesecake Cookie Bites

Heat oven to 350°F. Remove 12 dough rounds from cookie dough package; save remaining dough for a later use
- 1/2 package Pillsbury™ Ready to Bake!™ chocolate chip cookies
- 1 package (8 oz) cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 cups whipped cream topping (from aerosol can)
- 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Apple Pie Foldover

In 2-quart saucepan, mix apples, brown sugar, 1 tablespoon of the water and the lemon juice
- 1 1/2 cups thinly sliced, peeled apples (1 1/2 medium)
- 1/4 cup packed brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons water
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine

- 1 box Pillsbury® refrigerated pie crusts

Peach-Rosemary Cobbler Recipe

Preheat oven to 400°. In a large bowl, mix the first six ingredients
- TOPPING:
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 3/4 teaspoon grated lemon peel
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 4 cups fresh or frozen sliced peeled peaches, thawed
- 1-1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon minced fresh rosemary
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup cold butter, cubed
- 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons water
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/4 teaspoon almond extract
- Vanilla ice cream, optional

- 1 (16 ounce) package multigrain tortilla chips
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 orange bell pepper, diced
- 1 bunch green onions, chopped
- 1 avocado - peeled, pitted, and diced
- 1/2 pineapple, peeled and cut into 1/2-inch dice
- 8 thick slices bacon
- 3/4 cup Caribbean jerk marinade
- 1 pound cooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1/2 pound shredded Monterey Jack cheese

- 1-1/2 teaspoons grated lime peel
- 1/4 cup lime juice
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 small head red cabbage (about 3/4 pound), shredded
- 1 cup shredded carrots (about 2 medium carrots)
- 2 green onions, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup fresh cilantro leaves

Lemon Blueberry Cheesecake Bars

- Crust
- 5 full-sheet graham crackers
- 2 tablespoons melted coconut oil (or melted butter)
- Filling
- 1 8 ounce package reduced fat cream cheese, softened (do not use fat free)
- 3/4 cup plain greek yogurt (I used 2%)
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- zest of one lemon
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons white whole wheat flour (OR all purpose flour)
- 2 egg whites
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
