- 1 to 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 tablespoon smoked paprika
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 1/2 to 1 teaspoon ground cayenne pepper, to taste
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
Nutter Butter Babies - Baby Shower

- Nutter Butter peanut butter sandwich cookies
- Colored candy melts (traditionally, pink for girl, blue for boy but other colors such as yellow or green will work also. Can mix with white candy melts for lighter shades)
- Round white (or light chocolate) candy melts, unmelted (for the faces)
- Black decorating gel
- Fine-tipped artist paint brush (or toothpick)
- Waxed paper

- 1 refrigerated pie crust, unbaked (I used Pillsbury brand)
- 2 large apples
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup light brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon all-purpose flour
- 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon, optional
- 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon cold butter
- 1 tablespoon heavy cream for brushing crust
- Coarse sugar for sprinkling on crust (I used regular granulated)
