Sabudana Vada

Extremely popular during the Navartri/Shravan & can also be enjoyed during the rest of the year
- 1/2 cup sago (sabudana)
- 1 cup boiled & mashed potatoes
- 1/4 cup rajgira flour
- 1/4 cup peanut roasted & grinded
- 1 tsp ginger paste
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1-2 green chillies chopped
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 cup yogurt for serving
- Oil for frying
- Salt to taste
Bread Ratia

- 1-2 green chillies thinly sliced

Veg Schezwan Noodles

- 1/4 cup spring onions, finely chopped
- 2 cups julienne vegetables (beans, carrots, cabbage & capsicum)

- 1 1/2 tbsps schezwan sauce
- 1/2 tsp brown sugar

- 1/2 cup paneer (cottage cheese) cubed
- 2 onion finely chopped
- 3 tomatoes finely chopped

- 15-20 cashew nuts
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder

Paneer bhurji

- 200 gms paneer crumbled (cottage cheese)
- 1 onion chopped
- 1 capsicum chopped
- 2 tomatoes chopped
- 1/2 cup green peas boiled or frozen
- 2 green chilies chopped
- 1/2 tsp ginger finely chopped
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder

- 1 medium carrot, peeled & chopped
- 1 small onion, peeled & chopped
- 2 tbsp low fat creme fraiche (Optional)

- 2 tsp olive oil
- 3 sticks celery
