- 2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp yogurt/curd
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- Butter/ghee as required
- Water as required

Aloo Bhindi

- 250 grms aloo (potato)
- 250 grms bhindi (lady finger)
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/2 tsp cumin powder
- 1/2 tsp ajwain (carom seeds)
- 1 tsp dry mango powder
- 1 tsp coriander leaves
- 2 tsp oil
- Salt to taste
Veg Manchurain

Vegetable Manchurian are deep fried vegetable balls in a soya sauce based gravy
- 2 cups grated cabbage
- 2 cups grated carrots
- 2 chopped spring onion
- 2 chopped green chilies
- 1 tbsp crushed garlic
- 2 tbsp corn flour
- 1 tbsp soya sauce
- 1 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tsp sugar
- 1 pinch of ajinomoto
- 2 tbsp oil
- Oil for deep frying
- Salt to taste
Chilli Garlic Noodles

- For the gobhi stuffing:
- 1 1/2 cups grated cauliflower
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onions
- 1/4 cup finely chopped coriander
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 tsp finely chopped green chilies
- 2 tsp oil
- Salt to taste
- Other ingredients:
- Whole wheat flour for rolling
- Oil for cooking
- Green chutney/tomato sauce/yogurt
