Potato beans (Indian Broad Beans) is a simple, delicious, nutritious & healthy dish
- 150 gms sem ki phalli (broad beans) chopped
- 2 potatoes chopped
- 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
- 1 pinch asafoetida
- 1 tomato chopped
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp dry mango powder
- 1/4 tsp garam masala
- 1 tsb mustard seeds
- 2-3 curry leave
- 1 tbsp oil
- Salt to taste
Mint Raita

- 1/4 cup mint leaves chopped
- 1 cup curd
- 2 green chillies,chopped
- Pinch of red chilli powder
- Pinch of roasted cumin powder
- Pinch of sugar

These veg sandwiches are soooo simple, easy & quick to prepare
- 10-12 slices of bread
- 8 tsp butter
- 1/2 cup green chutney
- 1/2 cup mix fruit jam
- 1 tsp chat masala
- 2 medium sized cucumber, peeled & cut into thin slices
- 1 medium sized onion, peeled & cut into thin slices
- 2 medium sized potatoes, boiled, peeled & cut into slices
- 3 medium sized tomatoes, cut into thin slices
Fruit Salad

- For salad:
- 8-10 fresh strawberries
- 1 fresh mangoes
- 1 can pineapple chunks, drained
- 2 ripe kiwis
- 1 apple
- 1/2 cup green grapes
- 1/2 cup red grapes
- For dressing:
- 1 large lime
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Water as required

- 15 paneer cubes medium sized

- 1 tsp chilli powder
- 1 tsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp garam masala powder
- 1/2 tsp tandoori masala/chat masala powder
- A pinch turmeric powder
- 1 tsp oil
