- BACON & BRIE CHEESE FONDUE
- 1 cup White wine, mild in flavor such as Chablis
- 2 oz Brie cheese, rind removed
- 2 teaspoon Bacon, cooked crispy, cooled and diced
- 6 oz or 1.5 cups Emmenthaler Cheese, shredded
- 6 oz or 1.5 cups Gruyere Cheese, shredded
- 3 tablespoons Cornstarch
- 1 Lemon, cut in half for juicing
- 10 turns Black pepper, fresh ground
- 1 tablespoon Scallions, fresh chopped
- FLAMING TURTLE CHOCOLATE FONDUE
- 4 oz Milk chocolate*, melted
- 4 oz Caramel syrup
- 2 oz Pecans, roasted and chopped
- 1 TBL 151 proof rum
- It is best to use couverture or coating chocolate melted with a small amount of milk or cream to loosen the consistency for all chocolate fondues.
- BANANAS FOSTER FONDUE
- 4 oz White chocolate, finely chopped
- 1/2 Banana, thinly sliced
- 4 oz Caramel syrup
- 1 TSP Banana liqueur
- 1 TSP Spiced rum

- 2 large eggs
- 1 cup (237 ml, 8 fl oz) whole milk
- 2 tablespoons (28 grams) unsalted butter
- 1 cup (125 grams) all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Zest of 1 lemon
- Handful of fresh raspberries

- 1/3 cup granulated sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/4 cup milk

Preheat oven to 355°. Grease a baking pan with butter
- 6 tbsp butter
- 14 0z of white chocolate, chopped
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup white sugar
- 2 tsp vanilla essence (extract)
- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- coarsely grated lemon rind (half)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 3/4 cup flour

- 1 (14.5-ounce) can red tart cherries in water (such as Oregon Fruit), drained
- 3 large apples, peeled and cubed
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 3 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 3/4 teaspoons vanilla
S'mores Crazy Cake in a Mug

Using a large microwave safe mug, spray the inside with non-stick cooking spray
- 5 Tablespoons flour (all-purpose)
- 4 1/2 Tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons cocoa (unsweetened)
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- Dash of salt
- 1/2 teaspoon white vinegar
- 1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
- 2 teaspoons vegetable oil (or canola)
- 4 1/2 Tablespoons water

- 1 can of cinnamon rolls
- 5-6 strips of bacon (1 strip for each cinnamon roll - packages vary)

Sprinkle the sawdust chips over the center of the bottom of the smoker and put the rack in place
- 2 tablespoons smoking oak sawdust chips
- 3 ears fresh corn, shucked (2 cups kernels)
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 2 large carrots, shredded or grated (2 cups)
- 1 jalapeno, halved and thinly sliced, seeds and ribs removed if desired
- 1 red bell pepper, thinly sliced (1/2 cup)
- 1/2 head red cabbage, shredded (about 2 cups)
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced (1/2 cup)
- 1/4 head green cabbage, shredded (about 2 cups)
- 1/4 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup rice vinegar
- 2 tablespoons honey
- Juice of 3 limes (1/4 cup)
- Kosher salt and cracked black pepper
