Peaches & Cream Muffin - Starbucks Copycat

This recipe mimics the Starbucks Peaches & Cream muffins
- MUFFINS:
- 2 cups canned peaches
- 4 cups flour
- 2 cups sugar
- 2 cups milk
- 2 teaspoons baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 3 eggs
- 3/4 cup oil
- FILLLING:
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1 tablespoon peach juice
- 1 teaspoon almond extract
- TOPPING:
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
Broccoli Bites - Bennigan’s Copycat

Drain thawed broccoli thoroughly by pressing through a strainer
- Honey Mustard Dressing:
- 3 eggs
- 6 ounces shredded Monterey jack cheese
- 6 ounces shredded Colby cheese
- 1 box (16 ounce size) frozen chopped broccoli, thawed, drained and dried
- 2 1/2 ounces bacon pieces
- 1/2 ounce diced yellow onion
- 1 ounce all-purpose flour
- Italian bread crumbs as needed
- 3/4 cup sour cream
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup Dijon mustard
- 1/3 cup honey
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice plus 1 teaspoon lemon juice
Magic Shell - Copycat

Melt chocolate chips and coconut oil in the microwave about 1 minute (depending on your microwave)
- 1 1/4 Cups Chocolate Chips
- 1/2 Cup Coconut Oil
- You can substitute butter for the coconut oil, however the coconut oil gives the more ‘real’ Magic Shell flavor.
- You can use milk chocolate chips, but everyone we served preferred the semi-sweet chocolate chips

- Ingredients For Tart:
- Apple Tart Soap
- 4 oz. Clear, Unscented Glycerine Soap
- 1 Tablespoon Liquid Soap
- 1 teaspoon Liquid Glycerine
- 1/2 teaspoon Apple Fragrance Oil
- 2 Drops Red Food Color
- 1/2 teaspoon Ground Cinnamon
- Apricot Freesia Tarts
- 1 lb White Glycerin Soap Base
- 12 Drops Cosmic Color Canary Yellow
- 11 Drops Cosmic Color Red
- 1 t. Apricot Freesia FO
- Ingredients For “Whipped Cream” Topping:
- 4 oz White Glycerin Soap Base
- 1/4 t. Apricot Freesia FO
- A “Shake” of Super Sparkle Gold Sparkle Dust
- Candy Cane Swirl
- 1/2 lb. MP opaque base
- 1 tsp. Stearic acid
- red colorant
- Candy Cane fragrance oil
- candy cane cookie cutters (you could also use the Wilton mini cake pan candy cane mold)

- Drinking chocolate powder or sweetened cocoa powder-2 tbsp
- Sugar- 2 1/2 to 3 tbsp
- Baking powder- 1/4 tsp
- Milk- 2tbsp
- Egg- 1 no
- Oil-2 tbsp
- Vanilla extract-1/2 tsp
- NOTE: you can use cocoa powder instead of drinking chocolate mix ,in that case add 1 or 2 tsp more sugar according to your taste.
