Blue Bayou Potatoes -Disneyland Blue Bayou

Preheat oven to 350 F Saute onions with butter until caramelized
- 1 ea Brown Onion Julienne
- 1 T Butter
- 3 lbs Peeled and Thin Sliced Potatoes
- 2 Cups Heavy Cream
- 1 T Salt
- 1/8 T Fresh Ground White Pepper
- 1/4 T Fresh Thyme Leaves
- 2 T Garlic Finely Chopped
- 1/8 cup Jalapeno Pepper (canned)
- 1/8 tsp Chicken Base (chicken bouillon cubes)
- 1/2 cup Grated Parmesan Cheese
Tommy Bahama's Pina Colada Cake

Baking Instructions for Cake: Pour half of the water into a mixing bowl
- Ingredients For Cake:
- 1 1/2 lbs. Pillsbury® white cake mix
- 14 1/2 oz. water
- 2 eggs
- 2 oz. canola oil
- 3 1/4 lbs. Piña Colada White Chocolate Mousse (see recipe below)
- 24 oz. Toasted Coconut (see recipe below)
- 24 oz. crushed pineapple tidbits
- Myers Dark Rum in a spray bottle (see assembly instructions below)
- Ingredients for Piña Colada White Chocolate Mousse:
- 16 oz. (1 can) Swiss Chalet white chocolate mousse
- 2 qt. heavy whipping cream
- Ingredients for Toasted Coconut:
- 24 oz. shredded coconut
Lavender Honey Tea

- 1 cup raw honey
- 12 cups pure water
- 1 drop lavender essential oil (where to find)
- 6 lemons, peeled and juiced
- Lavender sprigs for garnish
Chicken Cordon Bleu Casserole

Prepare the casserole: Spray a 13x9 baking dish with cooking spray; set aside
- Casserole:
- 1/2 pound penne pasta
- 1 pound fully cooked ham cubes* (2-3 cups)
- 2 large chicken breasts, cooked and cubed** (2-3 cups)
- 1 pint half-and-half
- 1 8-ounce block cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 teaspoon white pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme (or 1/2 teaspoon fresh)
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 8 ounces Swiss cheese, shredded (about 2 cups)
- Panko topping:
- 1 3/4 cups panko bread crumbs
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley (optional)
- 6 tablespoon butter, melted
Victorian Lavender Cookies With Rose Water Icing

Preheat oven to 375 degrees
- For Cookies:
- 1/2 cup butter
- 1 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon lavender, crushed
- 1 1/2 cups flour
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- For Icing
- 2 cups powdered sugar
- 5 1/2 teaspoons water
- 6 1/2 teaspoons rose water
Cucumber Sauce for Gyros

- 6 tablespoons sour cream
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 ⁄2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 ⁄2 tablespoon lemon juice

Heat oil in large skillet over medium heat
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, peeled, crushed
- 6 whole sweet Italian sausages (about 1 1/4 pounds)
- 6 cups cooked white beans with 1/2 cup reserved cooking liquid
- 1 14-to 15-ounce can plum tomatoes in juice; tomatoes chopped, juice reserved
- 2 large fresh sage sprigs
- 1 cup (or more) water

- 6 slices turkey bacon, cooked and chopped, divided
- 2 to 2 1/2 pounds (about 6 medium) potatoes, unpeeled and thinly sliced

- 2 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for rolling
- 1 teaspoon sugar

- 1 1/2 sticks (6 ounces) cold unsalted butter, cut into 1/4-inch dice

- Filling:
- 1 1/2 cups pecan halves

- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
