- Ice Cream Base:
- 5 egg yolks
- 2/3 cup sugar
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups whole milk
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Fudge Covered Waffle Cone:
- 1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 4 sugar cones, broken into bite sized pieces
- Caramel Sauce:
- 1/2 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup heavy cream (substitute half and half)
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 3/4 teaspoon kosher salt
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

- 4 (about 6 oz each) skinless, boneless chicken breast halves

- 1 lb ground beef
- 3/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 tablespoons salad oil or 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 (1 lb) can crushed tomatoes
- 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
- 2 cups water
- 1 tablespoon chopped parsley
- 2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder (I use real clove garlic, minced)
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano leaves
- 4 ounces lasagna noodles
- 2 cups Lactaid Cottage Cheese
- 8 ounces shredded Veggie mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup grated Veggie Parmesan cheese

- 1 cup diced bacon (about 3 strips)
- 1 cup diced celery
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1 tablespoon salt (or less)
- 3 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1/3-2/3 cup sugar (or less depending on how sweet you like it)
- 2/3 cup vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon fresh ground pepper (to taste)
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 8 cups sliced cooked potatoes

- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 2 tablespoons canola oil
- 1 jar (7 ounces) roasted sweet red peppers, undrained and chopped
- 1 can (4 ounces) chopped green chilies, drained
- 2 teaspoons ground cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground coriander
- 3 cups diced peeled potatoes
- 3 cups vegetable broth
- 2 tablespoons minced fresh cilantro
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 cup reduced-fat cream cheese, cubed

- 1 cup butter, softened
- 1 cup granulated Sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 2 cups all-purpose Flour
- 1/4 cup Irish whiskey
- 1/4 cup candied citron, chopped
- 1/4 cup golden raisins, blanched and chopped
- 1/4 cup almonds, chopped
