Ingredients
- 4 ounces cream cheese
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 pound powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/2 teaspoon lime zest
- 1/2 teaspoon lemon zest

Preparation
Step 1
Heat first 2 ingredients in a saucepan over low heat, stirring constantly, until mixture is smooth.
Remove from heat.
Gradually add powdered sugar, stirring to blend.
Stir in peppermint extract and zests.
Divide mixture into 8 portions, and roll each into a 12-inch rope.
Cut into 1/2-inch pieces.
Let stand 4 hours.
