German Beets

Cut off all but 1 inch of beet tops
- 10 medium beets (2 1/2 pounds)
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1 1/3 cups water
- 1/2 cup white vinegar
Candy Apple Sundaes

Place the butter in a saucepan and melt it gently
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup firmly packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup golden syrup (grab it at Whole Foods)
- 1/4 cup cold water
- pinch salt
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons brandy
- apples (use nice round red ones that ‘stand up’ nicely)
- ice cream
- chopped nuts
- Optional: Baked Apple Sundae
- 4 Apples (honey crisp work really well)
- 4 tsp. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- vanilla ice cream
- caramel sauce
- chopped walnuts

Crust: Mix whole wheat flour and baking powder
- Crust:
- 3 tblsp. Margarine
- 1/4 cup Confectioner Sugar
- 1/2 each Egg
- 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/8 tsp. Baking Powder
- 1/2 tsp. Vanilla Essence
- Filling:
- 1 tblsp. Margarine
- 1/2 cup Confectioner Sugar
- 1/2 each Egg
- 1 tblsp. Evaporated Milk
- 3/4 cup Shredded Coconut
Tangerine Pudding

You'll need about six to eight tangerines for the 2 cups juice in this recipe
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3 tablespoons cornstarch
- 1/4 teaspoon table salt
- 2 cups fresh tangerine juice
- 1 medium tangerine
- 3 large eggs
- 3 tablespoons butter
- 2 teaspoons fresh lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Sweetened whipped cream
- Garnishes: citrus slices, pineapple mint

- 1/2 cup brown sugar - packed
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground ginger
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cloves
- 2 large eggs
- 1 can (15 oz.) LIBBY'S® 100% Pure Pumpkin
- 12 fl. oz. Lactaid Eggnog
- 1 unbaked 9-inch (4-cup volume) deep-dish pie shell or Graham cracker deep dish/ extra servings pie shell

- 2 cups ice
- 2 ounces peach nectar
- 8 ounces gin
- 2 ounces raspberry juice
- 2 ounces limoncello
Chocolate Rice Pudding

In a medium pot, bring 1 1/3 cups water to a boil
- 2/3 cups white rice
- 3 cups whole milk
- 1/2 cup sugar
- Pinch kosher salt
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Cake Mix Pie Crust

Place all the ingredients into a mixing bowl
- 1 box Duncan Hines cake mix
- 1 tbsp. unsalted softened butter
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 whole egg
Lavender Dark Chip Ice Cream

Pour the cream, half-n-half, sugar, and salt into a medium sauce pot
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 2 cups half-n-half
- 1 cup sugar
- Pinch of salt
- 2 1/2 Tb. dried lavender buds (4 Tb. fresh chopped lavender)
- 1 Vanilla Bean (or 1 tsp. vanilla paste)
- 1-2 Drops Purple Food Coloring (optional)
- 4 oz. Dark Chocolate Bar
