Loaded Baked Potato Soup from Carnation Cafe Disneyland

In a 6- to 8-quart stockpot over medium heat, fry bacon until crisp
- 1 pound bacon , roughly chopped
- 1 medium yellow onion, diced
- 1 large carrot, peeled and diced
- 3/4 cup diced celery
- 4 large russet potatoes, peeled and diced
- 4 medium red potatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup flour
- 2 cups chicken or vegetable stock
- Coarse salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 4 cups heavy cream
Playdough-Homemade

Mix all of the ingredients together in a small saucepan
- white flour – 1 cup
- warm water – 1 cup
- salt – 2 tbsp
- cream of tartar – 2 tbsp
- cooking oil – 2 tbsp
- Jello – 1 3oz pack
White Castle Casserole

Preheat oven to 350°. Lightly spray a 9x13-in
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 box dry onion soup mix (you will use both packages of soup mix)
- 2 tubes (12 oz. each) crescent rolls
- 8-10 slices American cheese
- Mustard, to taste
- Dill pickles, chopped, to taste
- Additional condiments, if desired
Raw Apple Cider Vinegar

Before you can make your raw apple cider vinegar, you must first make hard apple cider
- 5 large apples of choice or the scraps of 10 apples
- Filtered water
- 1 cup raw, local honey or organic cane sugar (find it here)
- Equipment
- 1 wide mouth gallon glass jar (I like these)
- Cheesecloth or floursack cloth (I use these)
- Large rubber band
Ham, Spinach and Rice Soup

Saute’ onion, green pepper, garlic and mushrooms in the 2 tablespoons butter in your soup pot
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 cup chopped onion (can use green onions)
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepper, (could use red pepper or hot peppers if you like it hot)
- 1 clove of garlic, minced
- 1 (4 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
- 1 (14.5 ounce) can chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cups water
- 1 (4.2 ounce) box Nature’s Way Rice A Roni Long Grain and Wild Rice
- 1 (12 ounce) can evaporated milk
- 2 cups chopped fresh baby spinach (could use frozen)
- 1 carrot, shredded (Optional)
- 1 1/2 cups chopped, cooked ham
- 1 1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
Beef, Mushroom and Guinness® Pie

A delicious traditional beef and mushroom pie
- 3 tablespoons olive oil, divided
- 1 pound cubed beef stew meat
- 2 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 white onion, chopped
- 1 carrot, sliced
- 1/3 pound crimini mushrooms, sliced
- 1 clove garlic, crushed
- 1 teaspoon white sugar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
- 1 cup Irish stout beer (such as Guinness®)
- 1 1/4 cups beef stock
- 1/2 teaspoon ground thyme
- 2 bay leaves
- 1/2 teaspoon cornstarch, or as needed
- 1 teaspoon water
- 1 sheet frozen puff pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, beaten
18th Century Onion Rings

Blueberry Donuts-Oven Baked

- 1 Cup of Plain All Purpose Flour

- 1/2 Cup of Low Fat Vanilla Yoghurt
