Bob Evans Strawberry Bread KopyKat

Combine flour, salt and cream of tartar and soda
- 3 cups all purpose flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 3/4 tsp. cream of tartar
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 1 1/2 cups sugar
- 1 cup butter or margarine, softened
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 4 eggs room temperature
- 1 cup strawberry jam ( homemade is best )
- 1/2 cup butter milk
- 6 to 8 drops red food coloring
Riesling Vinaigrette Dressing

Put mayonnaise, Dijon mustard and garlic in a blender and process until smooth
- 1 Tablespoon mayonnaise (you can use Lite Mayo)
- 2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 1 Clove Garlic
- 1/2 Cup Riesling
- 3/4 Cup olive oil
- Salt and freshly ground pepper
Treacle Sponge Pudding - Microwave

- 1/2 cup self-rising flour
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup butter
- 2 eggs
- 3 tbsp treacle or jam, if you prefer
- 1 tbsp hot water
- English custard or fresh cream
Deep Fried Cadbury Eggs

Lay out one of the wrappers and place a Cadbury Egg in the center of it
- Cadbury Creme Eggs..as many as you’d like!
- Large Egg Roll Wrappers..one per each egg
- a splash of water for sealing the edges
- Oil for frying…such as Canola
- Powdered Sugar for dusting..optional

Serves: 24 Delicious soft and puffy pumpkin snickerdoodles with a surprise cream cheese center
- Filling Ingredients:
- 3 3/4 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. freshly-ground ground nutmeg
- 1 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup light brown sugar
- 3/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 1 large egg
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Cinnamon-sugar coating:
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 1 tsp. ground cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. ground ginger
- Dash of allspice

- 1 pound rhubarb stalks, cut into 1-inch pieces
- 1 pound blueberries
- 3 cups sugar
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- Pinch of salt

Bread Pudding: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- Bread Pudding:
- 8 pieces Texas toast or favorite thick-sliced bread
- 1/2 cup dried cranberries
- 2 cups whole milk, divided
- 6 ounces white baking chocolate, melted
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1/2 teaspoon table salt
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- Zest of 2 medium oranges
- Vanilla Sauce:
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 tablespoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 teaspoons cornstarch
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons Grand Marnier or favorite orange-flavored liqueur
Big and Chewy Oatmeal Cookies

Preheat the oven to 350° and line 2 sheet trays with parchment paper
- 1/2 cup butter room temperature
- 1/2 cup Brown Sugar
- 1/4 cup white sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 tbsp Molasses (can substitute with honey or maple syrup)
- 3/4 cup flour
- 1 1/2 cup rolled oats
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 2 tsp cornstarch
- 3/4 cup dried cherries
- 1/2 cup chopped walnuts
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips
Soft Gluten Free Sandwich Bread

- YEAST MIX:
- 1 1/2 Cup Water or Milk (or Milk Alternative)
- 4 Tablespoons Honey
- 2 1/2 teaspoons Dry Active Yeast
- DRY MIX:
- 3 Cups of Erika's All Purpose Gluten Free Flour Mix
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Xanthan Gum (in addition to whats already in the GF Flour Mix)
- 4 teaspoons Baking Powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- (you can add sweet or savory seasonings to taste)
- WET MIX:
- 2 teaspoons Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon Juice
- 1/4 Cup Olive Oil
- 2 Large Eggs
