Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat
- 3 Tbsp. butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups reduced sodium chicken broth
- 1/4 cup dry sherry
- 1 cup (4 oz.) Sargento® Traditional Cut Shredded Mild Cheddar Cheese, divided
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 8 fresh broccoli spears, steamed until tender or 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen broccoli spears, cooked according to package directions
- 8 thick slices (8 oz.) cooked turkey breast
- 2 Tbsp. chopped parsley (optional)

Heavenly Hawaiian Pancakes

- 2 c. of your favorite pancake mix
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2-1 tsp. vanilla
- 2 eggs
- 1 c. crushed pineapple (not drained)
- 2 very ripe bananas

- Knives for cutting cake and icing, plus a palette knife
- Rolling pin and cornflour to dust work surface
- Orange and yellow fondant icing, plus a small amount of white for the eyes
